  I have been using this kebab house for more years than I care to remember. But last night I was disgusted with the quality of the food that was delivered and the total lack of customer service. The chicken donner meat was so dry and crunchy no matter how much sauce used would never rehydrated it to a edible state. It was like it had been out all day. To make things worse when I phoned up to complain and asked for them to collect the food and refund my money they refused saying I would get a discount instead next time and that because I took the food from the delivery man that's taken as I have accepted the food even though I couldn't inspect the quality of food before he left. Also because the person on the phone who so say cooked it says it was good doesn't make it good. Well frankly why on earth would i want to have anything from there is beyond me after that treatment. I have been working in the customer service industry for thirty years and to say this is the worse service is the understatement of the century.Shaw kebab you should be ashamed of your self's and you have lost a loyal customer for life yeah it might have only been a £15.50 order but that's a lot of money when it's wasn't eaten because of the quality.

  My friend and I made the mistake of ordering good from here.
  We had mixed doner and chips.
  Both of the meats were the blandest we have ever tasted in our lives.
  We Shaw are never going there again !
